PA International Property Consultants (PA) (formerly known as Param & Associates), formed in June 1980, is a full service real estate company registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers & Estate Agents under the Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Act 1981. Operating originally from Johor Bahru, the Practice has offices in Kluang, Segamat, Batu Pahat and now, Kuala Lumpur. Plans are underway to extend our network to other parts of Malaysia and form alliance with an overseas company. The Practice is managed by a group of well qualified senior professionals who each has about 15 to 40 years of varied and tested professional expertise providing valuation & advisory services, real estate brokerage services, research & consultancy services, property management and other related real estate corporate services.
